Job summary

Upsun, a software factory for AI-human workflows, is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer. You will lead evolution of our cloud platform, drive reliability, scalability, and observability across multi-cloud environments, and partner with engineering and product teams to embed SRE practices throughout the lifecycle.

You will champion infrastructure-as-code, build automation, and establish robust monitoring and SLIs/SLOs to ensure uptime for a global user base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Operations, or DevOps.
• Proficient in Go or Python to build automation tools and controllers.
• Deep Linux internals knowledge and troubleshooting.
• IaC with Terraform and cloud SDKs across AWS/GCP/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Architect and elevate monitoring, alerting, and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Automate infrastructure and workflows using Terraform/Ansible across multi-clouds.
• Scale CI/CD and delivery pipelines for zero-downtime releases.
• Lead incident response and blameless post-mortems to improve resiliency.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to embed SRE practices.
