Job summary

ANU College of Asia & the Pacific is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a university-wide identity transformation. You will bridge academic stakeholders and technology teams to shape future identity, access management and operating model.

You will collaborate across the University, map complex requirements, and lead workshops to deliver aligned solutions while contributing to a consistent BA practice across ITS.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business process design and requirements gathering.
• Senior BA in higher education or edtech with identity/access management or complex IT transformation.
• Knowledge of Agile and traditional delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with diverse user groups and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the University to identify and document business requirements.
• Analyse and map complex technology structures into system logic.
• Lead discovery and ideation workshops for innovative solutions.
• Support programs from inception to implementation ensuring alignment with goals.
• Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support testing and quality assurance for functional and compliance needs.
• Contribute to ANU Analysis Chapter and BA practice.
