Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced Client Manager / Senior Bookkeeper to own a portfolio of clients, delivering end-to-end bookkeeping, payroll and financial administration with Xero and Employment Hero Payroll.

You will mentor colleagues, review work for accuracy, and help the wider team maintain high standards in a supportive, collaborative, 100% remote role based in Victoria.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end bookkeeping experience and client portfolio management.
• Hands-on Employment Hero Payroll experience is a strong priority.
• Extensive Xero experience with Australian GST, BAS, and IAS knowledge.
• Experience in a bookkeeping practice or similar environment.
• Payroll, superannuation, and Award compliance experience.
• Relevant accounting/bookkeeping qualifications and BAS credentials.
