Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced Sanctions & CTF Investigator to join our Compliance team. This role focuses on in-depth sanctions exposure investigations and on-chain analytics across our global platform.

The ideal candidate has strong investigative instincts, hands-on blockchain analytics experience, and solid knowledge of sanctions/CTF frameworks in the crypto context. This remote-first role offers growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sanctions/CTF or financial crime investigations in crypto/finance
• Hands‑on blockchain analytics experience with listed tools
• Strong knowledge of global sanctions frameworks (OFAC/UN/EU/UK) and CTF rules
• Ability to produce clear, defensible reports (SARs/STRs) and audit-ready outputs
• Familiar with sanctions screening platforms (World-Check/ComplyAdvantage/Actimise) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end sanctions-related investigations and CTF activity across the platform
• Perform blockchain tracing and on-chain analysis to map fund flows and links to sanctioned entities
• Prepare clear investigation reports and SAR/STR filings as required
• Manage caseload within defined SLAs and maintain case records
• Conduct OSINT to enrich investigations and support client off-boarding when needed
