Qualifications

• 2+ years selling digital marketing or agency services.
• Motivated by commission and performance outcomes.
• Able to work remotely with own pipeline.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital marketing solutions (SEO, Ads, Web Design) to SMBs.
• Manage inbound leads, qualify and convert to long-term clients.
• Build rapport, identify pain points, tailor solutions that close.
• Achieve monthly KPIs for conversions, revenue, and retention.
• Maintain an organised CRM pipeline; collaborate to improve processes.
