Job summary

Janison is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex national-scale implementations across APAC and the UK/EU. You will own projects from sales handover to go-live, ensuring successful transitions to Support and Technical Account Management.

This growth role requires hands-on design, configuration, and stakeholder engagement, with capacity planning and scalable process development. Based in Sydney, hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Proven in a technical, customer-facing role delivering complex SaaS implementations.
• Experience leading enterprise or government client projects end-to-end.
• Ability to coach and develop a delivery team and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of national-scale implementations across APAC and UK/EU.
• Enforce change control and identify risks early with mitigation plans.
• Lead client project teams and steer committees, handling escalations.
• Plan capacity, manage concurrent projects, and close skill gaps.
• Shape tenders and bids with feasible input and effort estimates.
