Qualifications

• 5–7 years in release management or related software engineering field.
• 5+ years hands-on release management experience.
• Proven cross-functional communication in a technical environment.
• Strong technical writing for release notes and docs.
• Experience with Office release management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain release notes for external Office releases.
• Coordinate pre-Patch Tuesday tasks and release processes.
• Oversee Mac and iOS Office release activities.
• Document requirements, specifications, and test plans.
• Develop software solutions and perform unit testing.
• Prepare migration packages for testing and deployment.
• Provide QA oversight across the SDLC and post-implementation validation.
