Job summary

CO_PFCAUSPTY Pacific Fund System Australia Pty Ltd – Sydney NSW is seeking a Release Manager to govern end-to-end release processes for PAXUS core SDLC and customer branches.

You will coordinate with Product, QA, Development, and executives to ensure timely, high-quality releases, including major annual updates and urgent fixes. Strong GitHub/Azure DevOps expertise is essential for governance and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in software delivery or release management.
• 2+ years’ hands-on experience managing multi-branch release models.
• Experience owning end-to-end release governance across major/minor/patch/hotfixes.
• Strong knowledge of Git branching strategies and change traceability.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of accountability for release governance across SDLC streams.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Development, and Leadership to align with priorities.
• Lead release decision forums and ensure go/no-go readiness gates.
• Define branching, tagging, versioning, and lifecycle for customer branches.
