Paramount Disability Homes – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a motivated graduate to start a long-term career in residential property management within the SDA sector. The role offers hands-on experience across core functions, with an emphasis on organisation, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will join an supportive team, gain exposure to SDA compliance and property operations, and have opportunities to progress into a more senior role as the business grows.

• Recent graduate or early-career professional pursuing a career in property management.
• Strong interest in property management and housing.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

• Professional presentation and people-focused approach.
• Previous experience in property/real estate/administration is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with day-to-day management of residential properties within the SDA portfolio.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trades and contractors.
• Support routine inspections and condition reporting.
• Assist with tenant onboarding, documentation, and tenancy administration.
• Manage property records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Support rent reviews, lease administration, and compliance tracking.
• Liaise with SIL providers, participants, and stakeholders professionally.
• Ensure properties are managed in line with Victorian legislation and SDA requirements.
• Assist with reporting and internal systems management.

Paramount Disability Homes is a growing Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider operating across Victoria and New South Wales. We manage purpose-built homes designed to support people with disabilities to live with dignity, independence, and choice.

Our organisation is built on strong systems, collaboration, and care. We work closely with participants, SIL providers, support coordinators, and property owners to ensure our homes are well managed, compliant, and maintained to a high standard.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking to bring on a motivated graduate who wants to build a long-term career in property management within the SDA sector.

About the Role

This is an entry-level Property Management role designed for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of residential property management.

You will focus on the core, day-to-day property management functions and be supported by an experienced team. This role offers structured learning, exposure to compliance-heavy environments, and the opportunity to grow into a more senior position over time.

This role suits someone who is organised, reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in property and housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management of residential properties within the SDA portfolio

Mandatory Requirements

• A current Police Check
• A valid Working With Children Check
• Access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Must obtain a real estate licence or registration within 6 months of commencing the role
