Job summary

Wesley Mission Queensland Limited in Brisbane is seeking a Manager for Specialist Disability Accommodation Services to lead the SDA program, ensure high-quality supports and align with our values of compassion, inclusion and respect.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, oversee service performance, budgets, rostering and compliance, and help residents achieve greater choice, independence and dignity in their everyday lives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading disability services, supported accommodation, and/or services supporting people with complex care needs.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and a strong understanding of person-centred practice.
• Proven success leading and developing large multidisciplinary teams of up to 150 staff, including workforce planning, recruitment, coaching and performance management.
• Experience overseeing residential or accommodation-based services supporting up to 48 residents with diverse needs and goals.
• Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, KPIs and operational performance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
• NDIS and/or supported accommodation experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service performance, workforce management, compliance and financial outcomes.
• Develop and coach a multidisciplinary team across SDA services.
• Ensure residents receive supports that promote independence, choice and dignity.
• Drive continuous improvement and service excellence while maintaining compliance with standards.
