Job summary

Topcon Precision Agriculture seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Australia, overseeing business development and dealer engagement. You will drive territory growth, manage channel partnerships, and expand market presence across agricultural markets with hands-on support and strategic planning.

Reporting to the Sales APAC Director, you will collaborate with technical teams, forecast sales, and maintain CRM records while representing Topcon at industry events and field days.

Qualifications

Experience in agricultural sales or business development within dealer networks.
Knowledge of precision agriculture, farm machinery, GPS/GNSS technologies, or related equipment.

Responsibilities

Develop territory growth strategies aligned with Topcon objectives.
Manage and grow dealer and channel partner relationships.
Identify new business opportunities across agricultural markets.
Create territory/account plans to drive sustainable sales growth.
Conduct dealer visits and maintain strong customer engagement.
