Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Consultant to support the National Account, primarily home-based with regular site visits across Perth to maintain client relationships. You will handle onboarding, compliance, recruitment coordination, and account administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination or workforce management.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator with relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of the Alstom account across Perth and other account locations as required.
• Coordinate onboarding, compliance checks, and contractor documentation.
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems, databases, and reporting platforms.
• Assist with workforce administration, timesheets, invoicing, payroll-related queries, and account reporting.
• Provide responsive support to clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits mainly in Bellevue and Nowergup, to support workforce engagement and client requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the wider account team to ensure a high level of service delivery.
