Job summary

Better Rehab, based at Blacktown, NSW, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support NDIS participants across a diverse caseload within a multidisciplinary team of 11 (5 OT). The role covers homes, clinics and community settings, with strong clinical supervision and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA (limited may be considered).
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Ideal role for an early-career OT with up to 3 years experience
• Onshore applicants seeking sponsorship considered.

Responsibilities

• Based at Blacktown, support NDIS participants across a varied caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of 11, including 5 dedicated Occupational Therapists, in a space designed to help you thrive and with strong local clinical support.
• Work across homes, clinics and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
• Backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and ongoing development.
