Ability Action Australia is expanding its Occupational Therapy team across Perth with opportunities for clinicians at all career stages. You'll join a multidisciplinary team, receive regular supervision and mentoring, and work in a supportive environment that values collaboration and professional growth.

We offer flexible work arrangements, ongoing CPD, salary packaging, and opportunities to travel regionally on FIFO if desired.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with AHPRA as an OT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow.
• Genuine passion for working in disability and community sectors.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload aligned with your interests.
• Conduct clinical assessments across emotional, cognitive, developmental and physical functions.
• Develop individualized, evidence‑based therapy goals and interventions.
• Provide environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings.
• Recommend and implement Assistive Technology to promote independence.
• Maintain compliance with current legislation and NDIS guidelines.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes.
