Transform Life Pty is seeking a Provisional or Generally Registered Psychologist with experience in Behaviour Support for South West Sydney. The role offers telehealth and community face-to-face sessions, flexible hours and a remote-first working arrangement, with local travel to clients as needed.

You will assess and support older Australians and NDIS participants, collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, and access professional development and supervision opportunities.

Qualifications

• Provisional or general registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
• Experience as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner would be highly regarded.
• Ability to work from home and travel locally to clients.
• Driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and full Australian working rights.

Responsabilités

• Assessments and evidence-based interventions for older Australians and NDIS participants.
• Telehealth and community face-to-face sessions.

• Travel to local client sites with kilometre reimbursement.
