YSH Property Group is seeking a Superstar Property Management Specialist to support our Victorian operations. This full-time role offers remote/work-from-home flexibility with regular site visits across Melbourne and surrounds.

You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate rooming house setups to the highest standards, and manage applications in Reapit Lettings. The position blends desk work with on-site activity, demanding organisation and problem-solving skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Reapit Lettings/PM is preferred.
• Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio with strong organisation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate setup and delivery of rooming houses to occupancy-ready standards.
• Process applications in Reapit Lettings.
• Conduct open homes or coordinate other specialists' open homes.
• Liaise with clients, residents, trades and suppliers.
• Perform entry/exit and routine inspections.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and prospect for new applicants.
• Manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
