Alignerr Corp. seeks General Postdoctoral Researchers (Masters/PhDs) for AI training. This fully remote, hourly contract role invites experts to design and solve complex, multi-disciplinary problems that push AI reasoning and inference.

You will work with leading researchers to shape next-generation AI models. You should hold a Masters or PhD in a STEM field, have a strong research track record, and be able to work independently on a flexible 10–40 hour weekly schedule from eligible regions such

• Requires a strong research background in STEM fields.
• Proven publication track record or project management of complex technical tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work asynchronously.

Responsabilités

• Design, solve, and review multi-disciplinary AI problems with real-world relevance across STEM and technical fields.
• Apply research expertise to construct complex problem statements that challenge AI reasoning and inference.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for academic rigor, logical soundness, and technical accuracy.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to enhance model performance.
• Ensure clarity, depth, and intellectual integrity across all deliverables.
• Work independently on task-based assignments with flexible scheduling.
