Alignerr is seeking a General Postdoctoral Researcher (AI Training) to tackle high‑impact, multi‑disciplinary problems that push AI reasoning to new frontiers. This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract role with 10–40 hours per week and collaboration with leading AI labs.

You will design and review advanced research tasks, publish findings, and contribute across disciplines while maintaining rigorous academic standards. Excellent English communication is essential for asynchronous work.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master’s or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a leading university.
• Have a strong track record of research, publications, or complex project leadership.
• Write and communicate with exceptional clarity, precision, and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English — you can explain advanced concepts in ways that are technically accurate and accessible.
• Self-directed and reliable when working independently in an asynchronous environment.
