Qualifications

• Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top-tier university.
• Has a strong track record of research, publications, or complex technical project management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, U.K., or Australia
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote environment
• Motivated by intellectually demanding work that has real-world impact

Responsibilities

• Design, solve, and critically review advanced, multi-disciplinary problems with real-world relevance across academic and professional domains
• Apply your research expertise to construct complex problem statements that challenge and meaningfully improve AI reasoning capabilities
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to enhance model performance and output quality
• Ensure academic rigor, precision, and intellectual depth across all deliverables
