Qualifications

• Proven background in Plant & Equipment or related Commercial Motor classes.
• Strong business development mindset with ability to influence and negotiate.
• Solid technical underwriting experience and understanding of risk.

Responsibilities

• Develop new broker relationships and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Underwrite and price new and renewal business within delegated authority.
• Act as a trusted partner and technical expert to brokers and colleagues.
• Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
