Job summary

LiveBig is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Northern Perth. This Full-time or Part-time role (3 days minimum) offers flexible work arrangements and a supportive clinical environment.

You will provide comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, planning and reporting for clients with disabilities, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring culturally responsive service delivery.

Qualifications

• NDIS PBS registration (core minimum) or willingness to obtain.
• 6+ months experience in a similar PBS role is preferred.
• Driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
• WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred PBS.
• Provide comprehensive assessments, treatment planning and clinical reporting.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely documentation.
• Deliver services with sensitivity to cultural, linguistic, and individual needs.
• Coordinate appointments with clients, stakeholders and team members.
• Deliver supports in line with NDIS Practice Standards.

LiveBig is a specialist allied health provider. We support people with disability through therapy and assessments—at home, in the community, and via telehealth. We work across four states and nationally.
We’re looking for a passionate Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in the Northern Perth in a Full-time or Part-time opportunity (3 days minimum).

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with a team that shares your drive, supports your growth and values your voice.
• Provide comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, therapy planning and clinical reporting to clients with disabilities in line with best practice and based upon sound clinical reasoning.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, updating them after each visit or interaction.
• Ensure services are provided with sensitivity to the cultural, linguistic and individual needs of clients.
• Schedule appointments and liaise with your clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary team members to ensure efficient and effective best practice.
• Deliver supports in accordance with the relevant legislation and guidelines e.g NDIS Practice Standards.
