People First Bank is undergoing a major payroll transformation, bringing two operations into a single best‑practice function. You will help ensure payroll compliance, governance, and operational integrity while supporting transformation initiatives across the organisation.

Working with UKG Workforce Management and Chris21, you will apply your extensive payroll expertise, legislation knowledge, and experience with awards and enterprise agreements to advise stakeholders and deliver accurate,

Qualifications

• Extensive payroll governance and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with UKG Workforce Management and Chris21 systems.
• Strong analytical skills for auditing and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll integrity and compliant administration across UKG and Chris21.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades and testing for ongoing compliance.
• Conduct payroll and time & attendance audits for accuracy and legislative compliance.
• Analyze payroll data to identify risks and opportunities to strengthen controls.
• Provide guidance on payroll legislation, industrial instruments and governance.
