The Smith Family is a national children’s education charity helping families overcome poverty-related educational inequality. The Remote Family Partnership Coordinator supports Learning for Life families across Australia, using referrals and community links to improve attendance, achievement and post-school pathways.

As a Family Partnership Coordinator, you will build trusted relationships, engage families in education programs, handle admin tasks, and work with local teams while benefitting

Qualificações

• Experience building relationships with families and community stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your day.

Responsabilidades

• Take a family-centred approach and build partnerships with Learning for Life families.
• Support families to engage with The Smith Family's educational programs.
• Complete administrative tasks and data entry to help plan your day.
• Engage with community organisations and link families to services and support.
• Contribute as a valued team member and collaborate with the broader organisation.
• Pursue personal and professional growth with coaching and skill development.
