Qualifications

• Has previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
• Is confident sourcing and engaging candidates
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Is organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Can assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit
• Ideally has experience recruiting within veterinary, healthcare, medical, or other professional services

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from job advertising through to offer and onboarding
• Develop and post engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms
• Source and proactively approach potential candidates
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with clinic management
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies
• Build relationships with veterinary professionals and support staff
• Provide recruitment advice and market insights to clinic leadership
• Help strengthen our employer brand and candidate experience
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and follow appropriate employment processes
