Greencross Vets is seeking a qualified Veterinary Nurse to join our Narellan and Campbelltown teams in a part-time capacity. You’ll work across two well-established clinics, delivering diverse medical, surgical, and hospital care with a highly experienced team.

You’ll enjoy a flexible schedule across both locations, with strong mentorship, ongoing education, and a culture focused on exceptional patient care and client experience within Sydney’s southwest.

Formación

• Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
• Has previous clinical veterinary nursing experience
• Is confident with both medical and surgical nursing duties
• Has strong communication and customer service abilities
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
• Is organised, reliable, and professional
• Brings a positive, team-focused attitude
• Is passionate about patient care and client experience

Responsabilidades

• Assisting veterinarians during consultations, treatments, and procedures
• Surgical preparation and theatre assistance
• Monitoring anaesthesia and supporting post-operative recovery
• Administering medications and treatments
• Collecting samples and performing diagnostic testing
• Providing nursing care for hospitalised patients
• Maintaining patient records and treatment plans
• Supporting emergency and urgent care cases when required
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control
• Providing exceptional client communication and education
• Supporting reception and administrative duties when required
• Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of both clinics
