Job summary

ClinLab Solutions Group is seeking a Clinical Project Manager for a fully remote, part-time role across Australia. You will independently lead studies from startup through closeout, collaborating with sponsors on early phase trials and cross-functional teams.

The position offers 3–4 days per week flexibility, with hourly pay between AUD 65 and 72. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of CRO experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and sponsor relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical project management experience, preferably within a CRO.
• Experience managing clinical trials in Australia and/or New Zealand.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage sponsor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage clinical trials from study startup through closeout.
• Oversee study timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary contact for sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Lead cross functional teams and coordinate vendors and clinical sites.
• Proactively manage study risks and ensure ICH GCP compliance.
