Global Express in Melbourne is seeking an Operations Supervisor to own end-to-end delivery, champion safety, and lead a high-performing team across designated areas. This leadership role impacts safety, performance and people, with accountability for SOP adherence and continuous improvement.

You will drive daily/weekly KPIs, push for better ways of working, resolve delivery issues with urgency, and ensure an excellent customer experience, while mentoring staff and building strong relationships
