Im With You is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support clients in Melbourne, Australia. This role focuses on helping patients regain daily living skills and enhance quality of life, with the flexibility to work remotely.

You will perform assessments, develop personalised treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OT with current registration (Australia).
• Clinical experience in rehabilitation or community health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of current OT best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical and mental capabilities.
• Develop and implement personalised treatment plans.
• Provide guidance on therapy techniques and home exercises.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for comprehensive care.
• Educate patients on adaptive equipment and daily living skills.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with legislation and ethics.
