Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help train and evaluate AI systems for healthcare. You’ll bridge frontline nursing practice with health IT, ensuring AI understands real-world workflows, EHRs, and patient care documentation.

You’ll work remotely on a freelance basis, 10-40 hours per week, evaluating AI-generated content, translating clinical needs into feedback, and reviewing outputs for safety and accuracy. Independent, detail-oriented professionals welcome.

Qualifications

• RN or equivalent clinical background with hands-on healthcare experience.
• Experience with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics principles.
• Clear, precise written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, workflows, and documentation for accuracy and safety.
• Translate nursing workflows and clinical needs into structured feedback for AI design.
• Review AI outputs related to EHRs, clinical decision support, and health data management.
• Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe recommendations in AI-generated healthcare content.
• Provide structured, expert feedback using defined evaluation frameworks.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
