Alignerr is seeking a Health Policy & Management — AI Content Specialist to help train AI systems used for health information. You will design complex public health scenarios, author evidence-based ground-truth responses, and audit AI health reasoning for accuracy and ethics.

The role emphasizes clear written health content, translating data into actionable guidance, and working asynchronously in a remote, hourly-contract setup with 10–40 hours per week.

Qualificações

• Master of Public Health, MSPH, or closely related graduate degree.
• Strong knowledge in epidemiology/biostatistics/environmental health/health policy.
• Ability to translate complex health data into clear, actionable content.
• Attention to statistical significance, data citations, and intervention logic.

Responsabilidades

• Design Complex Public Health Scenarios — build advanced case studies on disease outbreaks, equity, and trial data.
• Author Ground-Truth Solutions — craft evidence-based responses using peer-reviewed sources and guidelines (CDC/WHO).
• Audit AI Health Reasoning — assess AI health advice for accuracy, bias, and ethics.
• Improve AI Reasoning Quality — provide feedback to distinguish correlation vs. causation and improve risk communication.
