Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Population Health Informaticist for AI training to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI outputs using population health data.

You will review health trend analyses and intervention recommendations, identify gaps or biases, and apply expertise in disparities and surveillance to guide AI quality. This is a fully remote, hourly contract with flexible scheduling and asynchronous work.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets.
• Ability to translate findings into clear insights.
• Familiar with dashboards and health data pipelines.
• Attention to detail and strong writing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and annotate AI-generated outputs related to population health data, analytics, and public health strategy
• Review and assess the accuracy of health trend analyses, epidemiological insights, and intervention recommendations produced by AI
• Identify gaps, errors, or misleading conclusions in AI-generated population health content
• Apply knowledge of health disparities, surveillance systems, and data-driven program design to guide AI quality
• Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI models reason about public and population health
• Work independently and asynchronously — no meetings required
