Qualifications

• Outbound phone-based sales experience with lead generation.
• Experience managing customer interactions and opportunities virtually or by phone.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive remote sales activities to meet or exceed targets.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to build a strong opportunity pipeline.
• Promote Medtronic products and value propositions via virtual interactions.
• Coordinate with field sales representatives to support territory plans.
• Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends and actions for growth.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and connect customers with sales reps.
• Resolve customer inquiries maintaining high service standards.
