Job summary

Medtronic Australia is seeking a Remote Sales Specialist for a 14-month full-time contract based in Macquarie Park, NSW, offering a flexible work arrangement. You will drive remote sales, generate opportunities, and support sales teams across Australia and New Zealand within the Acute Care Monitoring portfolio.

You will conduct outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, promote Medtronic products, and coordinate with field sales to achieve commercial objectives while delivering a high standard

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales or commercial experience with outbound phone-based activities.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive remote sales activities across assigned accounts and territories to achieve or exceed sales objectives.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities through proactive outreach and customer engagement.
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and lead generation, to build and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline.
• Promote and educate customers on Medtronic products, services, and value propositions through virtual interactions.
• Partner with field sales representatives to coordinate customer activities, develop opportunities, and support territory plans.
• Analyse customer and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and actions that support business growth.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and facilitate connections between customers and field sales representatives where appropriate.
• Resolve customer enquiries and concerns in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
