Megaport is seeking an in-house Legal Counsel to support daily business activities across the global group. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you will review and negotiate master agreements, advise on regulatory matters, and assist with policies, campaigns, and disclosures.

The role requires strong drafting and negotiation skills, plus experience with privacy and regulatory compliance. We offer a remote-first environment with flexible leave, wellness support, and continuous learning

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in contract review and negotiation of technology agreements and business-related legal assistance.
• In-house experience in technology industry preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with practical, commercial advice.

Responsabilités

• Provide general legal advice supporting daily business activities across sales, suppliers, and regulatory matters.
• Review and negotiate master agreements and commercial contracts.
• Support legal operations initiatives and cross‑team coordination.
• Draft policies and assist with advertising, campaigns and disclosures.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts to the business.
