Job summary

A national skills training organization is seeking a VET expert to lead the development of accredited training products. The role offers a flexible, remote-first environment and involves collaborating with industry stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance. Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of training packages, assessment and compliance.
• Proven project delivery capability in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.
• Clear, confident communication—able to translate technical content into plain English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and co-design of accredited training products.
• Ensure alignment with Qualifications Reform and quality design principles.
• Engage RTOs, educators and industry stakeholders through consultation and validation.
• Coordinate compliance checks and ensure consistency across products.
