Plenty Training (RTO #32371) is seeking an experienced TAE Trainer and Assessor to join our remote, home-based team. You will deliver TAE40122 and TAE50122 training, support RPL, and assist with non-accredited delivery while learning the Academic Manager responsibilities.

Over 6–18 months you will upskill in operations, student support, QA, and instructional design, contributing to our compliance and continuous improvement efforts and aligning with our modern, flexible work culture on the Gold

Qualificações

• Must hold up-to-date TAE qualifications and have substantial TAE training and assessment experience.
• Experience working in an RTO environment and understanding VET landscape.
• Comfort with remote work and travel for training when required.

Responsabilidades

• Train and assess TAE40122 and TAE50122 qualifications, RPL, workshops and non-accredited delivery.
• Learn and perform academic management duties over 6–18 months, including operations and student support.
• Contribute to instructional design and LMS/resource management, compliance, and QA.
