Job summary

AgriFutures Australia is seeking a proactive Coordinator, Industry to provide high-quality coordination, administration and operational support across the Industry Hub portfolio. You will help keep research moving, manage stakeholder relationships and ensure governance processes run smoothly.

You’ll work with Plant Industries, Animal Industries and Cross-Sector Research, supporting diary management, meetings and travel while maintaining auditable records and leveraging approved AI/digital tools

Qualifications

Experience coordinating administrative, project, contracting or governance activities across multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication for business documents and stakeholder information.
Experience supporting governance processes, contracts, procurement or advisory panels.
Ability to learn new systems quickly and maintain auditable records.

Responsibilities

Coordinate stakeholder meetings, events, travel and engagement activities.
Support project administration, track actions and reporting deadlines.
Assist contracting, procurement and Advisory Panel administration; manage milestones and payments.
Maintain accurate, auditable records across workflow and contract systems.
Support governance processes and ensure systems are up to date.
Collaborate with Industry Hub team and contribute to shared portfolio outcomes.
