Stantec is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for Western Australia on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with senior and operational leaders, delivering pragmatic HR advice and coaching while managing complex people matters and contributing to regional HR initiatives.

The role offers autonomy within a supportive national HR team and a varied portfolio of responsibilities across employee relations, performance, change and development.

Formación

• HR business partnering experience in a complex, multi-disciplinary organisation.
• Strong relationship-building, coaching and influencing skills with senior and operational leaders.
• Experience managing complex employee relations, performance, conduct, investigations and organisational change matters.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to balance competing priorities independently.
• Collaborative approach and interest in contributing to ANZ APAC HR team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pragmatic, commercially sound HR guidance and coaching to leaders.
• Partner with senior and operational leaders across WA to support ~350 employees.
• Contribute to regional and global HR initiatives and projects.
• Navigate employee relations, performance, conduct, investigations and organisational change with sound judgement.
