Stantec seeks an experienced HR Business Partner in Western Australia for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with senior and operational leaders across a ~350-employee portfolio in WA, delivering pragmatic, commercially-focused HR advice and coaching.

You’ll work independently within a supportive national HR team, balancing competing priorities while building strong relationships across APAC. Flexible working, learning programs, mentoring, and a collaborative culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated HR business partnering experience in a complex, multi-disciplinary organisation.
• Strong relationship-building, coaching and influencing skills.
• Experience independently managing complex employee relations, performance, conduct, workplace investigations and organisational change.

Responsabilités
