Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and workforce administration across the network.
• Monitor and maintain workforce compliance with SA Health policies.
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Nurse Manager and Central Staffing team.
• Build effective relationships with managers, HR, Payroll and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamline onboarding workflows.
