Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Group Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to turn teams, families, and groups into unforgettable trips. You will blend destination knowledge, group logistics, and a consultative sales approach to match clients with the right destinations, hotels, and activities.

You'll connect with group leaders, craft quotes, explain deposit structures and travel requirements, and build post-booking relationships that foster repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in group travel sales or hospitality is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Understand trip goals, group size, budget, dates, and preferences with group leaders.
• Recommend destinations, hotels, room blocks, transportation, meeting spaces, activities, and excursions.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed trips via email, chat, and phone with a client-first approach.
• Explain deposits, payment schedules, cancellation policies, rooming lists, name changes, and travel requirements.
• Coordinate room allocations, group rates, contracts, deposits, final payments, and pre-trip communication.
• Address changes and questions quickly to support leaders and participants from quote to return home.
• Share insights on destinations, group-friendly venues, activities, and seasonal opportunities.
