Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a remote, part-time Graphic Designer to translate briefs into compelling visuals across campaigns, social, packaging, and ecommerce assets. You will collaborate with the Art Director and wider teams to ensure on-brand outcomes.

The role supports photoshoots, builds eDMs, banners, and Shopify assets, and requires a strong portfolio with experience in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Portfolio showing a range of design projects and styles.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience across multiple channels and campaigns.
• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Nice-to-have: After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, Canva, Klaviyo, Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorms and align work with brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize and execute on-brand designs across digital and print.
• Maintain consistent brand look across markets and adapt assets.
• Support the Art Director and keep projects moving with minimal prompting.
• Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Ecommerce, and Trade teams on briefs.
• Assist photoshoots end-to-end, from shot lists to retouching.
• Design and build eDMs, banners, Shopify assets, and print-ready files.
