Job summary

Miss Amara is seeking a talented Graphic Designer for a part‑time, remote position based in Australia. You will translate briefs into compelling visuals across campaigns, eDMs, social, packaging, and photoshoots, while ensuring brand consistency across AU, NZ, US and HK.

You will collaborate with the Art Director and cross‑functional teams, manage multiple projects, and contribute to a fast‑paced content calendar. A 3–5+ year background with a strong portfolio is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within e‑commerce, retail or interiors.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, with a genuine interest in design trends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple visuals.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorms, aligning with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Conceptualize and execute on‑brand designs across digital and print, websites, eDMs, organic channels, marketing materials, and packaging.
• Maintain a consistent brand look across markets (AU, NZ, US, HK), adapting assets for each market.
• Support the Art Director and move projects forward without prompting.
• Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Ecommerce and Trade teams on briefs and design decisions.
• Support photoshoots end‑to‑end, from shot lists to retouching and image selection.
• Design and build eDMs, website banners, Shopify assets, and print‑ready packaging files.
