Job summary

Resourcenet Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a Junior Midweight Graphic Designer to join our Sydney team on a hybrid basis, with the option of full-time or part-time employment. You will work across branding, digital campaigns, social media, websites and print collateral, applying strategic thinking to translate brand goals into effective visuals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of design experience, proficiency in Adobe CC and Figma, and a strong sense of how design drives business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or multi-brand).
• Strong understanding of brand architecture and market positioning.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; motion graphics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic conceptualisation across digital, print, social and web platforms.
• Manage diverse client brands with consistent visual language.
• Guard client brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
• End-to-end execution: manage workflows with account managers, strategists, developers and production partners.
• Prepare production-ready files for digital and print deployment.
