Job summary

Cara Group is seeking a talented Graphic Designer on a part-time basis to support Jumbo Pets, Enduro, and Pool Set. The role offers hybrid work with at least half time in the Campbelltown office and flexible scheduling.

You will collaborate with marketing to craft campaigns, social content and product storytelling across brands. The ideal candidate brings ecommerce/brand marketing experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Qualifications

Proven graphic design experience in ecommerce/retail/consumer brands.
Strong portfolio across social, digital and print design.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
Familiar with AI-assisted design tools for faster production.
Able to manage multiple brands, briefs and priorities weekly.
Consistent branding across distinct brand identities.
Good communicator and independent worker who delivers briefs on time.

Responsibilities

Design social media graphics and templates for three brands.
Create EDM/email graphics and layouts for campaigns.
Produce product page visuals, banners, and Shopify assets.
Design blog/content visuals (thumbnails, assets).
Support seasonal campaigns and brand launches.
Assist with packaging, merch, and print collateral as needed.
Maintain brand identity guidelines across brands.
Collaborate with marketing to turn briefs into finished creatives.
Repurpose existing assets into new graphics; coordinate with external video/photography.
