Miwatj Health Aboriginal Corporation invites vocationally registered General Practitioners to join remote clinics in Galiwin’ku, Milingimbi and Ramingining across the East Arnhem Land NT. Multiple work arrangements are available including full-time, part-time, FIFO, and job share.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) and Fellow of the RACGP or ACCRM
• Extensive experience in General Practice
• Knowledge and understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health in contemporary society

Responsibilities

• Provide GP services at Miwatj Health’s clinics in Galiwin’ku, Milingimbi and Ramingining.
• Travel to remote communities and work with a multidisciplinary team to support community health.
