BCD Travel is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Supplier Management & Delivery in Australia. You will shape supplier strategy, lead complex negotiations, and drive commercial performance across key partnerships.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and manage governance, budgets, and performance metrics to maximize value and growth. The role blends strategy, analytics, and relationship management, with a focus on digital transformation and ESG initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in supplier management, procurement, commercial management, or strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated success leading complex negotiations and managing high‑value supplier portfolios.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of supplier management strategies across key supplier categories.
• Drive complex commercial negotiations, supplier agreements, incentive programs, and partnership frameworks.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with global and regional supplier partners.
• Develop and implement annual and multi-year business plans with market insights.
• Oversee supplier performance through governance, scorecards, and reviews.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, Technology, and Commercial teams.
• Lead evaluation of supplier trends and market dynamics to drive opportunities.
• Ensure management of financial performance including budgets and profitability analysis.
• Champion digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives for supplier engagement.
• Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to ESG objectives and sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the function in global governance forums.
• Mentor and develop talent within the function.
