Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior consultant to lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement transformation initiatives in Australia. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team across the end-to-end value chain, supporting merchandising with sourcing, category strategies, COGS reduction, and buying model improvements.

You will design, implement and optimise planning, forecasting and replenishment processes and technologies, while enhancing manufacturing, warehousing, transport and logistics

Qualifications

• Strong consulting background in Retail/CPG transformations.
• Deep knowledge of demand and inventory management, sourcing, and store operations.
• Experience with end-to-end technology transformation and process excellence.
• Advisory or hands-on experience with forecasting and replenishment technologies.
• Interest or experience with AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement transformation initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams across the value chain.
• Support merchandising with sourcing and category strategies, COGS reduction, and buying models.
• Design and optimise planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes and technologies.
• Improve manufacturing, warehousing, transport, and logistics operations.
• Strengthen store operations to meet customer needs and strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across merchandising, category management, supply chain and stores.
• Develop insights, models, and roadmaps; contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
