Wood Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to support accounts payable, payroll, and general finance administration in a purpose-driven sport and community organisation.

The role is hands-on, collaborating with external payroll and HR providers, performing ledger reconciliations, and preparing ad-hoc reports for NB1, the Board and Venues West. Flexible work-from-home options are available in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience in accounts payable and payroll roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable engaging with external service providers and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Coordinate fortnightly payroll via external payroll provider.
• Liaise with external HR provider on payroll and HR administration matters.
• Manage weekly accounts payable runs, including invoice processing and supplier queries.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and support month-end processes.
• Assist with banking activities and cashflow support.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Produce regular reporting for NB1, the Board and Venues West.
• Provide general finance and administrative support as required.
