Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a strategic technology leader to guide enterprise software development, DevSecOps, security, and compliance in a remote capacity. You will partner with executives and sales to shape roadmaps, accelerate digital transformation, and drive business growth across regions.

You will translate complex technical challenges into clear business strategies, influence architecture decisions, and mentor teams while representing the company in customer engagements and industry forums.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a CTO, Field CTO, Principal Solutions Architect, or comparable senior technology leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience delivering cybersecurity, information security, risk management, or regulatory compliance solutions and assessments.
• Strong understanding of software development tools, engineering practices, methodologies, and modern DevSecOps principles.
• Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives, senior technical leaders, architects, and engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving with a customer-focused approach to enterprise transformation.
• Experience collaborating across sales, product, solutions architecture, and customer success functions.
• Willingness to learn and use the company's platform to advise customers effectively.
• Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with continuous learning and sharing knowledge across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customer executives and senior stakeholders to support opportunities and growth.
• Provide executive guidance on enterprise DevSecOps transformation and software modernization.
• Advise on solution architecture, platform adoption, security, and workflows.
• Translate objectives into effective solution strategies and actionable recommendations.
• Gather and communicate customer and market feedback to product teams for roadmap planning.
• Develop and share technical enablement materials, best practices, and insights with teams.
• Monitor industry developments and engage in external communities.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies to influence solution strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic engagements and thought leadership.
